Not an accurate statement regarding CCG's, for two reasons:

1. Each CCG was comprised of doctors and one nurse. So it was DOCTORS in the CCG's, not bureaucrats, who nixed the ActiPatch.

2. CCG's are past tense -- they are gone now, replaced by ICB's.
