easy pressure. A lot of people grab too tightly on the way spots their fingers are when they should be somewhere else.

we have to nip from the very top of the jar and slightly twist it.

It's not that hard, you just make it that way. I'm very glad you have a partner that supports you though , LOL I learned the hard way.
