There is no way that the FAA would sign off on that so-called 'tether test' whereby the S-2 is moored to a pick-up truck. AND, there is no way the USAF would allow the S-2 to be flown at EAFB WITHOUT A COMPLETE DEMONSTRATION OF THE 100% CONTROLLABILITY OF THE S-2.

If controllability of the S-2 cannot be successfully demonstrated on a tether, the S-2 ain't gonna fly nowhere.

There is no FAA Rep or USAF officer who would be willing to risk their career on an unknown.

No man should be considered totally useless....because he can always serve as a bad example.
