An awfully long way indeed. If you want a legacy forget the early settlement. A legacy comes from changing the way some on Wall Street, in big pharma, the media and in government link up to destroy innovation and keep patients from life saving treatments. Make the documentary and a movie for all to see and in so doing take down the systemic support for this massive fraud by popular demand and leveraged political ramifications. The settlement amount will be huge anyway and the more time that passes by them dragging this out while this goes on the more chance for ongoing scrutiny by many on the whole system and greater chance for positive change.
