As I recall from GC tweets... and JFB or others can correct me if I'm not recalling correctly...
1. Tollovid doesn't need to be taken with a meal.
2. The 2/day recommendation is based on 12-16 hour effectiveness of the single dose.
3. If not going to be in an area of risk (i.e., around other people, in meetings, etc.) doses can be skipped because of #2 above. If staying home for the weekend and no contact with others outside your home, can skip doses until you need the 3CL protease inhibitor in your system again. But skipping will also reduce the other benefits regarding anti-inflammation and skin benefits. The benefit of the protease inhibitor is temporary and can be modified based on your lifestyle, and not like blood pressure medication where you need a constant level in your bloodstream to achieve around the clock protection.
I only take one Tollivid a day if I'm going to work and coming home afterwards. If I'm spending evening with friends or going to a public place, I take the second dose 10-12 hours after the first dose. This strategy keeps me protected and extends the life of a bottle to beyond one month. If I'm going to be in contact with a lot of people, I might take an extra one or two capsules to be safe. YMMV
I also remember GC stating if you were taking Tollovid for LHC, one dose (whatever that is in your situation) should be taken at bedtime since your immune system is very active when we sleep and would benefit from the bedtime dose.
