GC recently tweeted something about Tollovir. I forget if it was the 1/2 life or something similar on how long for Tollovir to clear. Can't find it but he did say something about 6 hours. We know nirmatrelvir is fairly short which is why ritonavir is needed.
Let's say you go to the store at 10AM and catch Covid. If you had Tollovid in your system at that time or shortly after, would it stop the replication and then your immune system wipes it out. OR does it take hours for that virus to grab hold? idk but that would be the question of timing.
Now if you had Long Covid, the strategy might be different. I wonder how many people had Covid, didn't know it and still have it in their body. If you were doing 2 a day, do you take them both at once to try to give it the one punch, or 2 a day for the one-two punch. Don't know, but I'm now doing the one-two punch.
If someone can find GC tweet on the 6 hours. Please post it. Felt like a few days ago he said it.
