What is BCBS doing with V in 2023? And I disagree with your opinion that no other insurers will care about the HN outcome - if AMRN wins, that sets precedent - anyone fighting a lawsuit knows they're very likely to lose if they're doing exactly what HN was doing. If they have pharmacies switch patient to GV without a PA for the CVD indication that's a different story - still illegal, but much harder to prove willful intent to violate patent protection.
