A thread of mine on the Fail to Deliver data for the year (2nd half of November was just published) and as a non-financial layman what this could mean here:

$NWBO Fail to Deliver Data is out. 3,279,544 shares FTD in the 2nd half of Nov alone. This is rivalled only by both halves of May which together totalled 10,944,652.

Total FTD (reported by SEC*) for the Year to Date: 19,840,261

*Dendreon article claimed SEC figures are v low
