I’m in shock that this is happening.

I'm sure many readers of this board and other AVXL investors are in similar shock. To have the company state that it successfully hit the trial endpoints and concurrently see the stock price drop 36% (43% from the close on November 14) is as much of a disconnect as I have ever seen.

Given the totality of the information, for a variety of reasons, I find it very hard to be optimistic at this point. If Missling screwed this up, there will be serious additional pain not to mention perhaps some crippling lawsuits. Investors will be left, for the immediate future, with nothing but hopes for success in Rett's. Success in AD would then require bringing in a partner to put a new face on the drug and several years additional wait time while additional trials are run.

We truly are at a critical point.
