the SEC has nothing to with CE removal authority, it is purely OTCMarkets

This reasoning is based on facts, but the conclusions are illogical!

Sure, it is up to OTCMarkets to make the decision about dropping the CE, but their decision is based on whether or not DBMM is a risky stock... which the ongoing SEC case is very relevant to!

Pretending there is no connection is absurd!

That is like saying if I was applying for a mortgage that it shouldn't matter if my company was considering laying me off... because it is the mortgage company's decision, not my ex-employers!
