There is no question that NWBO needs to increase its share count to increase liquidity, they need cash. My question is why 500,000,000 million shares? I would be for a share count increase if it were 100,000,000-200,000,000 shares which could bring in $80,000,000- to say $125,000,000.
Why do they need more than this sum of money, unless they can give exact reasons for the request?
