They are not getting 500M shares to use. As it stands, there are over 300 million warrants and options that put us over the 1.2B authorized share amount. Then you have the NEW options mgmt is asking for approval of at the ASM. I would guess we might have 200M shares left to raise money with.

Perhaps, once current obligations are filled by the newly authorized shares, they can issue more C shares for the rest, and sell them as part of an aquisition/merger/new company deal.

They want to reward themselves before or as part of a partnership or other deal. A great deal of these shares are going to management. These people are not stupid.
