If it were part of a properly coordinated series the lawsuit or even just an investigation could have been PR’d before the JA/SNO to provide suppressive fire against any shorts and allow a big increase to happen.

Given that the lawsuit only concerns activity through August 2022 this could have been done.

Coming only after the let down (from an SP standpoint that is) of SNO and the JA, this is at best poorly timed and might almost come across as ‘fan service’ to distract from the perennially low share price.
