Re zero survivors in the placebo group, that is correct:

To put it in perspective, for newly diagnosed glioblastoma, of the 1,366 patients in the control group none survived 5 years and of these 232 patients who got dcvax, 25 were alive at 5 years. This is for an easy treatment with no side effects. No nausea, hair loss, blood count
