You are correct, they didn’t make them for no reason.

They made them so they could continue to sell shares while staying under the AS ceiling. It was another loophole that bought them another 3 months of financing.

Any speculation that they were created for a partnership or with other clever deals in mind are simply wishcasting. The simplest explanation is often the correct one. And that explanation is, the C’s are a way for NWBO to continue funding their $15M+ quarterly spend. That’s it.
