Not a whale like Thermo, but I believe they are still in a quiet period, and it's not for the Journal Article.... also, they didn't create the Series C shares for no reason, and they didn't stipulate that NWBO has to approve Series C share transfer to another entity once they are bought, for no reason. Also, if they're not going to let someone else take the reins, then WHY haven't they been hiring the necessary personnel and training them this close to approval...??? IMHO, all signs point to either Partnership or Buyout...
