Hokie, first, as I have always told you in many posts, I have so much respect for your knowledge and admire your posts daily, here, and on the Sharp tickers. But it appears you’re laughing at me for adding some things to your due diligence. I don’t think, correct me if I’m wrong, that I just “rehashed” everything you said. I really thought that I added some new important information and wasn’t rehashing or plagiarizing your awesome DD. If I somehow offended you, I’m very sorry, I’ll post less here in the future so that I don’t offend anybody and they don’t laugh at me.

However, no one told us the name of the person on the VDH Advisory Board that is now affiliated with Payotic.com until I posted it; his name is Bill Slaughter from Miami. With regard to the job openings rehash, nobody posted that Payotic was “URGENTLY HIRING”, I posted that. That’s new info, not a rehash. Nobody saw that Payotic was the sister company of IPN, LLC. a Florida Corporation, until I did. Nobody posted that Payotic has been a business in Florida since 2013 or 2014, so I posted it. It’s very important to know that they have been an ongoing concern with an established business for 8 years now and that it isn’t a start-up that just opened its doors. Is that a rehash of your DD? Did I miss a post somewhere? I pointed out that the founder of Payotic is Max Miller and put his LinkedIn link in my post? Am I rehashing that too because I didn’t see that anywhere? What am I missing? I thought that I provided some new information??? Again, please forgive me if I offended you somehow.

With regard to reaching out to Scott and “putting in 2 hours of research”, let me remind you that everyone is welcome to call or text Scott. Go for it!! For the record, I texted him and here is his response below. It’s probably the same response that everyone at this point will receive should they do the same. But go ahead, please see if you can get more information and share it with us. I unfortunately cannot. Here is Scott’s response.
