Instead of saying “put in hours of research” it wouldn’t be a bad time to reach out to Scott, sounds like you had 2 30 minute calls with him before, see when we should be seeing filings, 8Ks and PRs. Him mentioning a date or timeline to you clearly isn’t “insider information”.
