Maybe, just MAYBE they were told at that time everything was complete and then upon further auditing or i's dotted and Ts crossed they found something that needed to be corrected..........This is a simple request to complete, this slight delay is causing the weak to dump their shares, exactly what shareholders like me want, get others out that have millions to make our climb to .50-$1 that much more realistic
