I am a Tollovid fan. It may have saved my life. I had Covid really badly the first time. And I took Tollovid throughout. So imagine if I didn’t.

I can’t take it on a preventative basis though because because I do have side effects. It gives me extreme diarrhea. So when I take Tollovid I need to take one fiber pill per Tollovid. I have to take 2 Imodium every 8 hours. I take a probiotic in the morning and evening. And I eat a lot of bananas and yogurt.

Worth it to live. But not a routine I can sustain long term.
