BUT

IF THEY ARE NAKED SHORT....(chances are they are going to have to be, due to the amounts of shares that are accounted for) this will ultimately cause prices to stall and then go higher. I already can account for over 875-900MM shares from filings and im certain the ones holding notes are probably board members and or people that will probably not dump into the market. Even if they did the largest holders based off the filings are Management. They all hold COMMON and Some preffered that convert back to common at a higher number. I would not be surprised if this fills gaps @ .35-.40 AND even .80-.90...(yes the gaps are there)

I wont say too much more on this because it makes some people go crazy trying to speculate what will happen. All i can see is that this float is legitimately locked...which then poses a huge problem for ANYBODY (yes even professionals)
that attempt to short due to borrowing shares at a cost. The "formula" for a company to short is that they would like to see excess shares coming on the market in the form of conversions OR offering which almost practically guarantees them to make money on that trade. YET, if they are naked short...they will end up causing a squeeze amongst themselves or they will end up screwing another MM out of a position.

You cant have my signature....it's priceless
