Be careful what you wish for. Newbies uplisted to NASD get torn to shreds by shorting Hedge Funds and experienced retail players. As good as one may think their CEO is; these guys are better.
It's a long way off, and a lot of financial obstacles to overcome. Entry to NASD is as low as $1.00 per share, not the general misconception that it is $4 share. However, there are many requirements. Best to look at the NASD website for particulars.
NASD also prefers that the $1+ be achieved organically, not by R/S.
