I wouldn't start that class too soon because there are many things you don't seem to understand about basic business principles.

"FORW has not been around as a holding company for that long. Knowing that the investment requires FDA approval, or SEC approval in a very new idea, or maybe drilling for oil... those things are expected to take time and are speculative. If they fail, you move on. If they succeed, their return should be very good."

First, the Ligand resuscitator has been around since at least 2015. And oddly whatever Ligand has the FDA didn't give it a EUA during Covid.

Now it is absolutely worthless.

From a June 15, 2020:

"A newer iteration of the LifeAir ventilator is currently being engineered for a summer 2020 submission to the US Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") and Canada Health in the hopes of obtaining fast track approval."

That didn't work out very well.

Did you take the time to read the Maverick financials - anyone that understands the energy sector knew immediately that Maverick was a OTC share selling scheme - they didn't have the capital to drill a thimble full of oil.
