First, the Ligand resuscitator has been around since at least 2015. And oddly whatever Ligand has the FDA didn't give it a EUA during Covid.
Now it is absolutely worthless.

Did you take the time to read the Maverick financials - anyone that understands the energy sector knew immediately that Maverick was a OTC share selling scheme - they didn't have the capital to drill a thimble full of oil.
