I was not looking for this thread at all, but stumbled in.

OK, my grandmother's peanut butter fudge

1 cup of peanut butter (250 gm), 1 cup of butter (230 gm), 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and 460gm of icing sugar.

You melt the butter in a pot, add the peanut butter and vanilla (low heat for all this)

When all is melted and mixed up, remove it from the stove. In a bowl, dump in the icing sugar, then what you have cooked up, mix it all up. the result should be like cookie dough.

Then, put it into some kind of recipient where the fudge is about an inch thick, even it all out. let it cool, then put it in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

Cut it into morsels like you would brownies.

WARNING
It tastes so good that you might be tempted to eat more than you should at one sitting.

Everyone loves it (except the guy that tried it and went into anaphylactic shock)....
