Your sentence is a mix bag because you specifically state MAA submission which entails the company has not submitted or the way DI put it to you he inclined that news will only be relayed for acceptance of MAA.

From your interpretation of the conversation was your takeaway that the company had not yet submitted the MAA and did he specifically say this.

If this is the case why would DI provide a non insider with this information directly.
