At the time of the split yes, however in DTii's case If someone bought 2000 shares on 4/9/2019 @$110, those 2000 shares would be worth $2.04. Because it has dropped in price a lot.



2000/500 (since this is after the 1/1500 reverse split)

2000/500= 4 shares *.51=$2.04

Because that 2000 shares would have cost $220,000 split @ 1/500
the holder has 4 shares valued at $204 currently.

Just shows how much the stock dropped.
