I read what you are saying, but the market is the thing that puts an intrinsic value on a stock. That can only be done when a stock is trading. I hope they take a step by step approach, instead of trying to skip several steps and cause harm to current investors. A plan put out by the company would help in knowing the steps they will take to get trading again, so the market can decide what the value will be
