I totally agree with what you stated, that would be the norm
for an OTC stock. I think there is also another way that the
company can get to a higher exchange.

I would like to think that the company has not been sitting
back doing nothing, I'm assuming that they probably have
their financials ready.

They have PR'd that they have working capital to pay off
various debt, they have also PR'd that they have close to
a billion dollars in orders.

Bear with me and think that if they have said cash then
it's most likely coming from sales, wouldn't you agree?

Now they need to have a MM reinstate them into the market,
the only way that can happen is if someone either as a MM
or another financial institutional professional has access to
their books..
At that point , with the financials in front of them the PPS
can be derived from all of the information.

If said numbers are favorable then the stock can be
reevaluated and if everything jives they can use the multiple
for this particular industry ( 4X to 16X multiple ) to give SNDD
a valuation that can skip the OTC all together and we can
move up to a better market.

It's not the norm but I can see this based on the ability to pay
off debt with working capital, that is telling to me. I feel that can
happen and it fits into the limited info that they do release.
This is a different look into what they have been doing, even if they
aren't current with their filings.

SMOKE ON THAT and give me your thoughts.
