There is enough plausibility that nwbo can keep pushing forward on its own that the potential acquirers can’t count on just waiting for nwbo to go insolvent or desperate enough to accept a lowball offer.
Any acquirer playing that hand would also risk nwbo making an independent deal possibly with a competitor, imo.
So although I know there are many here that feel strongly I’m giving LP too much credit, imo structuring the multinational phase 3 trial and structuring nwbo and manufacturing (with the FlaskWorks advantages) and all the patents, was and is designed to have multiple shots on goal for approvals and self/partnership/buyout permutations!!!
LP came into this challenge with (as Liam Neason sp? Says) a very unique set of skills (and contacts)
