They may be acquired, or partnered, something that typically happens to companies this size at this stage. But they are also fully equipped to go it alone if they need to do so. I disagree that they can’t operate as a company. If that were the case, they’d not have filed for commercial production. They would not have a factory, nor a contract manufacturer.

No doubt it is a lean operation. They have assiduously not repeated the mistakes of Dendreon.
