Portable x-ray, ultrasound where someone drives around in a Prius and does your x-ray for a fee is one thing. There's is digital images involved, no hazmat handling, weight of equipment carried is constant whether the tech visits 1 house or 100 houses. People might pay for the convenience of someone coming to their home and administering the diagnostic. Note that the part of reviewing the actual X-ray is done by docs/tech who instantly see the digital uploads. This means, like COVID sample collectors, the tech doing the driving around can be trained easily and does not need to be paid big $ unlike the specialized skills needed to handle COVID testing and careful, safe discarding of hazmat.
So the same does not apply to the COVID TIN CAN BRAIN FART ... such an ASTONISHINGLY STUPID idea.
Only ST3 can suggest such a "dumber than twitter-parrot frankie" idea.
