Nope. It was ST3's another ABSOLUTELY-TERRIBLE idea. Those tents worked because they distributed the minimum necessary task (safe, high fidelity sample collection with fairly simple instructions to easily train the collectors) at scale into the field.

It then created more centralized labs where expensive PCR testing equipment and specialized testing processes that handles high volume of input delivers accurate results could be located along with the people with higher expertise needed to operate them.

ST3's ABSOLITE STINKER of an idea was simply this:
"Hey guys i have this idea, I can put many of these porta-potty cans all over the place in which you can put your million dollar testing equipment to give those 10 confused rednecks who stop by an on-the-spot analysis of their booger. We can place these boxes anywhere. For example we can leave a box with your expensive testing equipment in a high-theft area like our lawyer Rudy's PR location at four seasons next to the dildo shop LOLOLOLOLOL. I'll tell my parrot to pump this garbage on twitter. Now let me go collect tee fees from the OTC dumdums"

His ABSOLUTE STINKER of an idea FAILED because it depended on having very expensive testing equipment and the higher level of expertise required to operate those to be replicated at scale which was never going to happen. Like I said, if ST3 were any dumber, he'd be scalping movie tickets outside an AMC amidst a COVID lockdown with that brainless parrot crappin on his shoulder squawking at an empty parking lot LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL.

$TPTW A toast to all those pumpy PRs dimwit parrot frankie squawks about and all those converting notes (DILUTION IS THE SOLUTION) that help pay ST3 house rent, tee fee, and family welfare LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
