Dear Snow,
"What I wonder about is what happens to the old business of ITUP now that new business activities like WM (Wealth Management) and SPACs gradually or abruptly replace the old business activities."

I have to answer this question to you and not Petrejus...
Will answer it today later in the evening..

Petrejus is designated as Managing Director (WM Practice - Business Development and Investor Relations) and
RD as Managing Director (WM Asset Launch and Asset Acquisition Due Diligence)

Their responsibility is completely different from acting as Watch Dogs on the Company....Both have been given critical responsibilities ...

Petrejus is made in-charge of practice development and investor relations (unconnected with the markets but WM Clients as he is good at marketing)...
He will be attached with Core Sectoral Practice Heads -- agriculture, aviation, Commodities (gold), HealthCare, Hospitality, Infrastructure, Logistics, Mining, Real Estate Shipping and transportation. Expecting 20,000 + placement agents network and I am sure, he will be super excited...

RD with his analytical skills is given the responsibility of studying the scope and viability of identified non-core (non market) assets to recommend product distribution and then he will also participate in the WM Practice Due Diligence of Identified Firm(s) that we plan merging into the SPAC that we are coming up with... First Responsibility is Asset Launch and after the IPO is closed, Practice Acquisition due diligence...

One is responsible for Organic Growth and the other one fixes inorganic puzzle for us..

Both boys will be fine, super busy and I am sure they will turn their sleeves up in their new respective roles...

All market queries that you have on ITUP and Cow Capital, I shall continue to answer them in transparency...

Will answer your question late in the night once business hours are done...
