Petrejus In the middle of July you wrote among other things the following: "So, yes, too many redflags. But I will start changing my mind when I see some sort of actual execution of the fantastic plans; SPACs, the promised dividend and the NYSE listing. Until then, I will not be holding my breath."

I congratulate you on your new position. I assume you must have had strong indications that there was little basis for all the red flags. I take it that you would not have been willing to take care of investor relations if you had not seen information that made you a lot more confident about the future of this company than you were in the middle of July. I find that reassuring.

I wonder if you have enough understanding by now to shed some light on the following: According to information about the previous financial year ITUP had net earnings of more than 300 million dollars. Will we get any information about the last three quarters of the latest financial year? I would assume that there might now be net assets of more than 500 million dollars, suggesting that there are now net assets of more than 30 dollars per share.

What I wonder about is what happens to the old business of ITUP now that new business activities like WM (Wealth Management) and SPACs gradually or abruptly replace the old business activities.
