Thanks a lot for proviiding useful information on the roles of both RD and Petrejus. I regard this as positive information because I think they have got tasks that are well suited to their capabilities and experience.

Both boys will be fine, super busy and I am sure they will turn their sleeves up in their new respective roles...

The good thing about working from home is, we can work during weekends, holidays, at night, it doesn't matter. Whenever it suits us or whenever it is needed.
The other good thing is, Petrejus and I can help each other. And we do all the time. It matters.

But we are not going to rush into this thing. It seems to me that you are building one heck of a big company. And if we need more capacity then we should hire it. Not make the mistake that a lot of companies make, by making or expecting people to work 60-80 hours a week or else the work won't get done.
