I don't believe what Sharp stated - "Any r/s will not wipe out the retail shareholders. NOBODY is being issued any stock without value received. If there are shorts, an r/s would force them to cover."

If you are short 100 shares and the price is $10 - the R/S is 2:1 - so you will have 50 shares but the price will be $20 per share - you don't gain or lose.

Sharp has proven again that his lack of understanding of securities.
