5/12 HUMBL never promoted its stock & it is not their fault that it went to a ridiculous $7+. Outsiders pumped the stock through social media & those that write ignorant advice newsletters like @insidrfinancial. It was FOMO & resulting short covering that caused HMBL to go $7+.
6/12 Those that paid overinflated prices for HUMBL shares need to look in the mirror when seeking someone to blame. Stop listening to uncredentialled outside influences with self-serving agendas when making investment decisions. If you don't understand what you are buying, don't.
7/12 The previous reverse split was necessary to avoid having 30 billion shares authorized. Many called for a larger r/s, but I will not advocate one that wipes out retail shareholders. If a 1:4 r/s wipes you out, then you had no stock anyway.
8/12 Will there be another r/s? Yes, probably a small one, eventually. But only if it is in the best interests of the shareholders. Don't forget, I am one. A big one. Running a company, especially an emerging one, requires money. And HUMBL has some of the top minds in blockchain.
9/12 Funders & acquisitions are expensive when the share price is hampered by those flipping for tenths of a penny. Any r/s will not wipe out the retail shareholders. NOBODY is being issued any stock without value received. If there are shorts, an r/s would force them to cover.
