Incorrect. Dilution occurred the moment they issued convertible-notes. AS was raised for that purpose. Convertible notes is just a way to artificially keep the market cap low and consequently artificially keep the stock price higher than its true market value.

"OS remains unchanged" is just an illusion that pumpers latch on to in order to pump turd like this and scam unsuspecting OTC dumdums.

Now let's toast to all those pumpy PRs dimwit parrot frankie squawks about and all those converting notes (DILUTION IS THE SOLUTION) that help pay ST3 house rent, tee fee, and family welfare LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
