Yes. To both your and Azarts point. Many OTC companies dilute to raise money. Some through convertible notes and some direct. The money usually goes to projects and development. As we have seen the OS hasn’t changed on a very very long time. So dilution is not occurring right now. Fully expect some but it’s really not much. And even if they do start to convert some. With good news and the plans that have been happening, I and others think it can be absorbed. But if the OS does not increase and there is no dilution, this would scream.

Would be nice to know what the float is.

All that being said, I’m not sure how OS increases can be spun as a good thing.
