At a certain point NWBO is going to be forced to conduct an Annual Shareholder’s Meeting (by saying ASM all the time we lose sight of what the meeting actually is - an annual meeting).

This becomes more likely as we get into the territory where someone forces them to have a meeting.

Therefore if we get an ASM announcement but no granularity on the journal it is dangerous to assume that means NWBO even so much as anticipates the journal. It could just mean they realize they’ve delayed an annual meeting as much as they can get away with and are going to have to bite the bullet. Naturally to minimize angry phone calls etc. they’ll just leave us in blissful hope right up until the meeting itself and probably they could get a lot of votes for their proposals from those who assume that the journal must come before the ASM just as they assumed NYAS meant the journal was imminent.
