Most stocks will try to post good news early in the week, this allows the stock brokers to work with their clients the greatest amount of time while it's still considered news. By the second week it's out the information isn't considered news any more.

In our case, it would seemthat nothing will be released until the Journal is, and Journal's don't seem to normally come out early in the week. I could be wrong about this, if the company was aware the Journal would be out later in the week perhaps they'd either issue the Annual Meeting notice and/or TLD Statement earlier in the week than get the Journal later. I have no idea if the Journal embargo prevents the company from such releases prior to publication, but I can't imagine them controlling when the Annual Meeting is announced.

If only the Annual Meeting is announced I would think that they anticipate the Journal prior to the meeting date, but as we've learned it's not certain unless they've actually been notified of when it will be out.
