I hope you are right but shareholders have been forced to keep generating these somewhat plausible excuses when if this is actually true the company needs to find a way to maintain accountability to shareholders while not offending regulators by how what needs to be communicated is communicated (it’s what you pay folks with wordsmithing skills the big bucks for).
