HL,

I see where you're coming from but frankly I believe that they have an agreement with one of the best of the Journals, but just as things with the regulators always seem to take longer than anticipated, this trial is so complicated that the same thing applies here. Everything will be resolved in good time, but in my gut I'm wondering if everyone isn't waiting for certain regulatory actions that make what's being said officially acceptable. It's a very unusual situation, but this truly was a very unusual and complex trial and in the end will change the way many trials are being done.
