The SEC has NOT made statements about DBMM business model. Ever.

Repeat for the zillionth time: Enforcement is not the SEC. It is a 25% of the SEC submits briefs as does DBMM. It is not in any way controlling.

Corp Fin makes policy and is only division allowed to make comments and Corp Fin never made any comments about DBMM business —Ever.

Ignoring corrections supports DBMM’s position —-every single time.
