Once again chronology and facts important. It was Judge Patil, in Jan 2018, post SCOTUS starting over , who agreed to DBMM’s request to provide financial evidence under Confidential Cover. That is the SEC, the Judge in the hierarchy, not the

overreaching division who has been sanctioned by their own Commission.


Repeat: Enforcement is one of 4 divisions, is that understandable , it is NOT the SEC. The SEC regs have nothing where it says they review business models.


Enforcement says lots of outrageous things for which they have no responsibility. Then they run the risk of being hoisted on their own petard!
