7 quarters of delinquent filings before the SEC generated the OIP. You're correct. "Only" two years worth.
A further 4 quarters of delinquent filings until they straightened their act out. Further - the numbers from ALL of the delinquent quarterlies were never included in the "Super 10K", as required by regulations. Foelak can give opinion that they were "of little value" to shareholders all she wants. That's irrelevant. The Regs say they should be included in a comprehensive filing. And they weren't.
DBMM should be sanctioned for intentionally missing so many filings.
Yes, I give DBMM credit for making an effort to catch up. But they missed ELEVEN QUARTERS of financials and have NEVER BEEN SANCTIONED for it.
Along the way, they pretty much ignored both the Division of Corp Fin's filing suggestions/corrections and the Division of Enforcement. and basically, told them both to go pound sand.
I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
