More revisionist history!!

1)DBMM Admin Proceeding was for 2 years of delayed filings. The Company petitioned for a 3-yr Super 1O-K.

2) The Admin Proceeding on May 17,2017 which followed the unauthorized Asher PR on May 2,2017. Asher was red flag at SEC. Asher knew that and got their rush.

3) The SEC did not receive any complaints. That is another career b——r urban myth.

Shareholders have already done their own due diligence . The acquisition has always had gross profits as included in last Update.
