I will answer this one even as a newbie to this ticker.

Quote:
The company had no reason to 'fight' anything and only a moron would have taken this road.

They broke the rules and were given a chance to fix it. Instead they chose to:
Take on a losing cause
Waste years of SHAREHOLDERS time
Waste millions of SHAREHOLDERS money
Get a black eye for losing in the process.

Linda did not save anything. She did what she's always done and put her idiotic decision making to work and blew it bigtime.

She couldnt manage her way out of a wet paper bag.

In effect you are saying Linda just should have folded the tent, do I have that right?
Sure I do.
What kind of a leader is that?

They broke what rules exactly? The ALJ Judge did not see it that way. If that were so, the case would not have been dismissed. Judge would have granted SEC lawyers their wish.

Let us get to the losing cause point. In what way? Now PINK CURRENT.
Waste years of shareholders time and money? Yet you are still here if you are even a shareholder.
Some shareholders do not care. Still here waiting for the outcome.

Linda did not save anything? Seems to me she saved D*BMM from the grey sheets, again PINK CURRENT, and D*BMM trades in Canada with no less then 5 or 6 MMs. Better than being left for dead on the grey expert market with no future at all. She did not blow anything with her decision making. If not for her devices this company would have been in the toaster burnt to a revocation crisp. 100% revocation never happened. Disappointment for some, elation for others.

Lastly, "She couldnt manage her way out of a wet paper bag."
Well sir, she obviously has up to this point.

Surprised or disappointed those that bet against Linda and Miranda Fritz?
After doing my DD I would say a lot of both.

The agenda for which this battle is being fought goes far beyond a company that should not be. Instead, it gravitates towards a company trying to re-establish itself.

There is no middle ground here.
There are no long-term shareholders running for the exits. In fact, there are those buying because they see opportunity knocking.

Opinion is just like an armpit. Most of us have at least one or two,

D*BMM
