Yes, the warrant was issued.

From what I re-read, it is "Held" and it does not become an "arrest" warrant unless he does not show up for his next Debtor Exam date.

Not sure if he is required to notify the criminal court about his warrant.

Interest is accruing daily on that $9 million CEO Petey owes. I'm guessing he has other lienholders that will or have had him notified to appear for more Debtor Exams.

If he gets so-called funding, I wonder if he will try to divert much of it to pay for criminal and civil litigation....plus he has divorce issues and child support issues.
