That is an interesting thought... The way I read the info on the Warrant was that they were giving him until 9/26 and if he didn't show up... then it warrant will be issued. I assume it is a Bench Warrant or whatever those things are called. no doubt Petey knows all the terms... SMH

If he doesn't show for the 9/26 court date, there could be big trouble for Petey....not good that he missed two previous Debtor Exams...but then... not surprising.

His butt just needs to be thrown in jail and then they can haul him to all his court dates....
